Lacie Clark serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Renewable Energy Assets division of Monarch Private Capital.  Clark’s responsibilities include leading and managing the firm’s renewable energy assets division as well as handling strategic management and operational oversight of MPC’s business units.

Clark has more than eight years of experience in renewable energy.  Prior to joining MPC, Clark served as chief operating officer for Gardner Capital, Inc. In her capacity at Gardner, Clark was involved in all aspects of the tax credit business, including strategic management of renewable energy development deals.  Clark previously served as associate general counsel for Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. where she provided lead legal counsel for the facility, which provides more than 600 megawatts of wind energy to 875,000 residential customers in Missouri, Oklahoma and southeast Iowa.  Clark’s renewable energy experience is particularly relevant to MPC’s growing energy assets business, having previously served in strategic management roles, business development and legal capacities on behalf of investors, developers and utilities.

Clark has a JD/MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University.
