Chase Bank Building

The Chase Bank Building was constructed in 1913 in the heart of downtown Moline.  This historic nine-story building will be converted from commercial office space to a mixed-use building with apartment and retail units. The first floor of the historic tower is and will continue to be occupied by Chase Bank, and the upper eight floors will serve as apartment units. In addition, an attached Annex that was built in 1982 offers three levels and 17,900 square feet of retail space. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, storage spaces, and common gathering and recreation spaces.
