The Land Bank Lofts

Constructed in 1924, the 118,000–square–foot Federal Land Bank Building, as it was originally known, has been completely transformed into 114 one– and two–bedroom apartments. The exterior showcases a limestone and granite façade. The interior features a marble foyer and 88-year-old marble columns. Other features include 16–foot ceilings, exposed brick, concrete floors, pool, Juliette balconies and historic bank vaults in some units.
