Financial Analyst
Kyle Nesselbush

Kyle Nesselbush is the Financial Analyst for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, he is responsible for developing financial models and analyses of the firm’s potential tax credit investments, primarily low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments. Kyle’s solid understanding of the numbers and his strong technical skills make him a valuable asset to the team and to the success of Monarch’s ESG initiatives, which positively impact communities with each investment.

Prior to joining Monarch, Kyle served as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager for over nine years, primarily at Burns & McDonnell, where he specialized in facilities design over the final three years.

Kyle earned an MBA in finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He currently serve as a board member for Sherwood Forest, a nonprofit committed to serving underprivileged children largely through camp and outdoor education. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing guitar and piano, exercising and working on home improvement projects.
