Juanita H. Gardner Village is a proposed 108-unit senior housing community in Atlanta, Georgia, located at 350 Bakers Ferry Road SW. Designed for residents ages 55 and older, the LIHTC-funded development will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments reserved for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income, with all units benefitting from rental assistance that caps rent at 30% of household income. The three-story, elevator-serviced building will feature a clubhouse with community room, computer workstations, an on-site manager’s office, fitness center, and even a hairdresser/barber space, providing seniors with both modern housing and supportive amenities in a vibrant community setting.
