Alexis Parc Senior

Alexis Parc is a mixed-income, age-restricted rental community in Marietta, Georgia, designed for residents ages 55 and older. The development will include 61 affordable units supported by LIHTC financing, reserved for households earning up to 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Of these, 23 units will receive additional subsidies through Project-Based Rental Assistance, while another 15 apartments will be offered at market rate without income or rent restrictions. Together, Alexis Parc will create a diverse community that expands affordable and accessible housing options for seniors in Cobb County.
