Aston Pointe

Aston Pointe is a new 90-unit affordable housing community serving households earning 20%, 40%, and 60% of the Area Median Income. Nine one-bedroom apartments at the 20% AMI level will be set aside for individuals with disabilities, though these units will not include rental assistance. The remaining 81 apartments will be reserved for the general population at the 40% and 60% AMI levels, expanding access to safe and modern housing for a diverse range of residents.
