Charles Hight

Charles Hight High Rise Senior Apartments is an existing 101-unit community in Georgia undergoing rehabilitation to provide modern, affordable housing for seniors ages 55 and older. All apartments will continue to include rent subsidies and will be reserved for households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. Of the 101 units, 50 will operate as Personal Care Home units with Medicaid waivers, offering assisted living services to residents who need additional support while maintaining affordability and independence.
