Groveland Terrace Apartments is an existing 52-unit family community undergoing rehabilitation to preserve long-term affordability. Built in 1971, the property includes five two-story garden-style buildings with a mix of eight studio, 12 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, 12 three-bedroom, and eight four-bedroom apartments. After renovation, all units will remain affordable for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income and will continue to receive Section 8 rental assistance, allowing residents to pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent.
