Becky Wiles

Becky Wiles is Director, Asset Management at Monarch Private Capital, where she oversees the firm’s affordable housing investment portfolio with a focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and construction-phase assets.

At Monarch, Becky is responsible for portfolio performance, risk management, and asset oversight from project closing through stabilization and disposition, supporting the firm’s broader affordable housing investment strategy.

Becky has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing and tax credit asset management. Prior to joining Monarch, she served as Vice President at Huntington National Bank, where she led a team managing a diversified LIHTC portfolio and established portfolio risk governance strategies. Earlier in her career at Affordable Equity Partners, she directed a portfolio of more than 500 assets and executed refinancing, repositioning, and disposition strategies.

She holds an MBA from Columbia College and a BS in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri, and maintains industry certifications including HCCP, C3P, and NPCC.
