Tracie Guild

Tracie Guild is Director, Asset Management at Monarch Private Capital. She oversees the performance of the firm’s investment portfolio from closing through disposition, applying more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing and asset management. At Monarch, she leads the Asset Management team on the LIHTC side, and provides a particular focus on existing Federal LIHTC deals given her extensive background in the space. She also directly oversees a portfolio of state LIHTC assets, ensuring the continued strength and compliance of these investments across all phases of the lifecycle. Her background includes leading high-performing teams and managing complex, multi-region LIHTC portfolios through all phases of the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Monarch, Tracie served as Director of Portfolio Management at Red Stone Equity Partners, where she oversaw a large national portfolio and built strong partnerships with investors, developers, and internal teams. She also held leadership roles in property management and acquisitions earlier in her career and most recently worked in the nonprofit sector, expanding food security programs across Michigan and deepening her cross-sector expertise.

Tracie is a member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network and the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness and previously served as President and Vice President of the Property Management Association of Mid-Michigan. She actively supports her local community through volunteer work and has a strong personal interest in health and wellness, design and architecture, and Formula One racing.
