Kilgore Place

Kilgore Place is a new 120-unit multifamily community in Muncie, Indiana, and one of the first developments to receive the newly established State LIHTC from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. Located at 2380 W. Kilgore Ave. on the site of the former End Zone Bar & Grill, the project brings much-needed affordable housing with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. In partnership with TWG Development and the City of Muncie, Kilgore Place was designed to increase housing availability, affordability, and stability while offering residents modern amenities including a fitness center, playground, dog park, community room, bike storage, garden beds, free in-unit Wi-Fi, and CORES-certified resident services that support personal and professional growth.
