MLK Library Apartments is a 93-unit affordable housing development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, located at 310 West Locust Street. The project will replace the existing Martin Luther King Public Library with three newly constructed garden-style buildings featuring 38 one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom, and 15 three-bedroom apartments reserved for families earning up to LIHTC income limits. Designed to serve residents of all ages, the development will also include a brand-new 17,000-square-foot Milwaukee Public Library branch, combining high-quality affordable housing with a vital community resource.
