Alum Rock

Alum Rock is a new five-story affordable housing development in San Jose, California, that will provide 60 apartments for residents earning between 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income. The community will feature a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including a manager’s unit—designed to meet the needs of a diverse resident population. Amenities will include a parking garage, lobby, community room with kitchen, management offices, and supportive service spaces, while the ground-floor commercial area is planned for occupancy by Amigos de Guadalupe as a community service facility, further enhancing resources for residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
