Briar Park is a proposed 244-unit age-restricted multifamily community for residents 55 and older in Atlanta, Georgia. Planned as a five-story, elevator-serviced midrise, the development will feature 132 one-bedroom, 92 two-bedroom, and 20 three-bedroom apartments. The site, formerly occupied by a vacant commercial building and parking lot, will be transformed into modern, accessible housing that expands affordable living options for seniors while contributing to neighborhood revitalization.
