Bridge Creek Pointe

Bridge Creek Pointe is located in southwest Spartanburg, South Carolina. This 90-unit, garden-style complex will provide low-income families with a fitness center, business center, playground and other community amenities. The mission of Bridge Creek is to provide high-quality, affordable housing to the Spartanburg community. Beginning in April of 2024, these units will be available for rent and this mission will begin to come to fruition. According to estimates from a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) report, the rehabilitation of Bridge Creek will boost the local economy by creating 145 jobs and generating more than $10.5 million in local income in the first year alone.
