Brunswick Commons is a new 84-unit affordable housing community in Brunswick, Georgia, located near the corner of Coral Park Drive and Emery Dawson Road. The development will feature 24 one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom garden-style apartments housed across four three-story residential buildings and a clubhouse. All units will be reserved for family households earning up to 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income, providing quality, affordable housing in a growing community.
