Colonial Hotel Apartments

The Colonial Hotel originally opened in 1910 as Omaha’s first and only living hotel establishment. Later threatened by demolition due to structural deterioration, the building has since been thoughtfully repurposed into modern apartments—preserving its historic character while offering updated, comfortable living spaces.
