Columbia Uphams

Columbia Uphams, located in Dorchester, Massachusetts, was originally developed as two separate properties—Columbia West Apartments and Uphams Corner Apartments—serving families in one of Boston’s most historic neighborhoods. Now repurposed, the preservation and rehabilitation project combines the two into a single 91-unit affordable housing community with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Columbia Uphams contributes to the revitalization of Dorchester’s main business district, supporting the well-being and stability of the neighborhood for current and future residents.
