Core ICON Building

Core ICON, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, was originally built in 1931 as the American Can Company facility for manufacturing tin cans. Over the years, it housed operations for Pillsbury and later served as storage for ICON Transportation before becoming vacant in the early 2000s. Now repurposed, it is being transformed into Riverfront Lofts—a residential community featuring 178 loft-style, market-rate apartments. Core ICON supports the revitalization of Terre Haute’s riverfront, contributing to renewed community engagement and economic development along the Wabash River.
