Cross Creek Apartments

Cross Creek Apartments is a 168-unit affordable housing community in Central, South Carolina. The development will feature seven three-story garden-style buildings with a mix of 24 one-bedroom, 84 two-bedroom, and 60 three-bedroom apartments, all reserved for households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. Residents will also have access to a variety of community amenities including a clubhouse, business center, fitness facility, on-site management office, car wash, off-street parking, playground, and tennis court, creating a well-rounded and supportive living environment.
