Originally constructed in 1912, the Graves Building was named after Captain William H. Graves, a prominent Birmingham lawyer and founder of the Graves Shale Brick Company. Located in the heart of Birmingham’s Theatre District. Now repurposed as Theatre Lofts, the project features 45 luxury one- and two-bedroom loft apartments designed to immerse residents in the downtown experience. With stylish common areas and immediate access to cultural landmarks like the Alabama Theatre and Lyric Theatre, Theatre Lofts captures the energy and character of Birmingham’s historic entertainment corridor while offering modern, upscale living.
