Handsel Morgan

Handsel Morgan Village is a new 45-unit age-restricted community in Georgia designed for residents 55 and older. While households with disabilities will also be eligible, at least 80% of the apartments will be occupied by seniors. The development will include three one-bedroom units and 42 two-bedroom units, all reserved for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income. The one-bedroom units will be standard affordable apartments, while the two-bedroom homes will benefit from Project-Based Vouchers through the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, ensuring long-term affordability and stability for residents.
