Hotel Trundle & Boudreaux

Hotel Trundle and Boudreaux, located in Columbia, South Carolina, were originally part of three early-20th-century commercial buildings at the corner of Taylor and Sumter Streets. Now repurposed, the project serves as a boutique hotel and the headquarters of architecture firm Boudreaux. Hotel Trundle and Boudreaux offer thoughtfully restored spaces with preserved elements such as tin ceilings, plaster walls, hardwood floors, and brick façades—creating a distinctive destination for travelers and a dynamic workplace for creatives. The project has received national recognition for its outstanding adaptive reuse and continues to contribute to the revitalization of downtown Columbia.
