Ivy Ridge Apartments is an affordable housing community in Gwinnett County, Georgia, near the Mall of Georgia and adjacent to The Exchange at Gwinnett, a new 100-acre mixed-use district. The development will include 256 rental units across 10 three-story residential buildings, with some walk-out basement units designed to accommodate the site’s topography. All apartments will be reserved for individuals and families earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income, expanding access to safe and high-quality housing in one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing suburban markets.
