Metro at Florence

The Metro at Florence Apartments is a new 160-unit affordable housing community in Los Angeles, California. Of the total homes, 158 apartments will be reserved for residents earning between 20% and 60% of the Area Median Income, with the remaining units designated for on-site management. The County plans to fund supportive services for 72 households experiencing homelessness, including intensive case management to promote long-term stability. The community is expected to be delivered in Q1 2027, expanding much-needed affordable and supportive housing in the Los Angeles area.
