Midtown at Bull is a 90-unit affordable family community in Columbia, South Carolina, located at 1633 Freed Street in Richland County. The development will feature a three-story walk-up building with 42 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom apartments. It will also include five two-story townhome buildings with 18 two-bedroom homes. Units will be reserved for households earning between 20% and 70% of the Area Median Income. Ten apartments at the 20% AMI level will be set aside for persons with disabilities, with four of those dedicated to patients referred by the Columbia Area Mental Health Center. Community amenities will include a clubhouse with a community room, computer workstations, a fitness center, a central laundry room, a playground, and on-site management.
