Park Homes is an existing multifamily community undergoing rehabilitation to preserve and enhance affordable housing opportunities. Following completion, the property will offer 100 apartments reserved for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income. All units will also benefit from Project-Based Vouchers provided through the Northwestern Georgia Housing Authority, ensuring long-term affordability and housing stability for families.
