Patterson Point is a $24 million affordable housing development in Goleta, California, created in partnership with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara and Redstone to address the area’s critical housing needs. Located on North Patterson Avenue, the two-story, 24-unit community will provide safe, supportive housing for homeless individuals and those living with mental illness, including 11 units designated as Housing for a Healthy California (HHC) with Capitalized Operating Subsidy Reserves to keep rents affordable. The development will also feature on-site supportive services such as mental health counseling, job training, and other essential resources designed to help residents achieve stability and independence, delivering long-term benefits for some of the most vulnerable populations in Santa Barbara County.
