Ridge at Texarkana

The Ridge at Texarkan is a new 48-unit multifamily community in Texarkana, designed to provide quality affordable housing for families. The development will feature 47 income-restricted apartments for households earning up to 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income, along with one employee unit. The community will include two three-story residential buildings and a single-story clubhouse, constructed with wood framing, vinyl and brick siding, and pitched composition shingle roofs. Apartments will offer a mix of 16 one-bedroom, eight two-bedroom, eight three-bedroom, and 16 four-bedroom layouts, expanding affordable living options for a range of household sizes.
