Saratoga Place

Saratoga Place is a new 76-unit affordable housing community in Virginia. The development will include 40 two-bedroom and 28 three-bedroom apartments, all reserved for households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Situated on a 2.26-acre parcel, the LIHTC-funded community will expand access to high-quality, energy-efficient housing for families while contributing to the state’s growing stock of affordable homes.
