Schuyler Lofts in Spartanburg, South Carolina is an 88-unit modern, loft-style apartment complex that was originally designed in 1950 by famed architect, David W. Cecil. The building is a notable example of mid-century International Style architecture that represented much of the post-World War II construction in Spartanburg. Monarch Private Capital provided the State HTC equity for Pace Burt’s 2014 redevelopment that upgraded the building and added amenities such as a rooftop deck and fitness center.
