Developed in partnership with CRP Affordable Housing & Community Development, the property will also provide resident services through the Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, including after-school programs, job training, computer classes, and health and wellness resources. Positioned near the Russian River in Sonoma County, the development expands access to safe, high-quality affordable housing while enriching the Windsor community for years to come.
