Stone’s Warehouse, formerly known as the Carolina Coach Garage and Shop, is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and was originally constructed in 1926 as an intercity bus garage serving the Carolina Coach Company. Now repurposed, it is being transformed into a creative production hub that supports locally grown food entrepreneurs, promoting community-based economic development and sustainable food systems in the city of Raleigh. Monarch Private Capital provided the State HTC equity for Jazon Queen’s 2018 redevelopment.
