Townes at Clarkston Centre

Townes at Clarkston Centre is a planned 54-unit mixed-use, mixed-income workforce housing community in the heart of Clarkston, Georgia. The development will feature 18 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and other local amenities. Supported by federal and state tax credits through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, the project ensures long-term affordability for at least 30 years. In addition, partnerships with Georgia Piedmont Technical College and Global Growers Network will bring vocational training and healthy eating initiatives to residents, fostering both opportunity and wellness within the community.
