Westview terrace Apartments

Westview Terrace is a new 48-unit affordable housing community in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The development will serve family households earning up to 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income, with ten apartments supported by HOME program funding. While the community will not include project-based rental assistance, it will expand access to high-quality, affordable homes for working families in the Spartanburg area.
