Wood Valley Apartments is a proposed acquisition and rehabilitation of an existing LIHTC/Section 8 multifamily community originally built in 1974 and last renovated in 2003. Following the renovation, the property will continue to provide 88 affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income, with all units benefiting from Section 8 subsidies that cap rent at 30% of a tenant’s income. The community, made up of 11 two-story garden-style buildings, includes 16 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom homes, ensuring long-term affordability and stability for families.
