Worthington Del Sol is the second phase of a two-phase affordable housing community, located immediately north of Phase I. The 48-unit development will feature two three-story garden-style buildings with a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will share access to amenities located in Phase I, including a community building with a community room, computer lab, leasing office, outdoor patio, covered courtyard, and a tot-lot playground. The property will also provide WiFi in common areas, service coordination programs such as financial literacy and job readiness classes, and enhanced security features including gated access, video surveillance, courtesy patrol, and an intercom system.
