Jennifer Buckelew is Senior Associate, HTC at Monarch Private Capital. In this role, she supports complex historic rehabilitation projects through underwriting, closing and compliance, working closely with developers, investors, attorneys and internal teams to evaluate project viability, structure transactions and monitor performance throughout the investment lifecycle. Jennifer’s analytical skills, strong organizational approach and attention to detail support the effective execution of Monarch’s historic tax credit investments and help ensure alignment with federal and state program requirements.
Prior to joining Monarch, Jennifer built experience in program management and grant writing, where she managed multifaceted initiatives and worked within regulated funding environments. Her background brings strong communication, coordination and oversight skills to the advancement of historic rehabilitation projects.
Jennifer earned a BS in Social Work from the University of Georgia and an MEd from Georgia College & State University.
