Hailey Kramer

Hailey Kramer is an Associate, Asset Management for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, she supports the management and monitoring of energy investments and assists with asset management initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to joining Monarch, Hailey gained experience through project-based roles with Dimensional Fund Advisors, The World Bank Group, FTI Consulting, and Leading Edge Financial, where she worked on investment analysis, financial modeling, corporate finance, and portfolio optimization.

Hailey earned a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University in 2026 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University San Marcos in 2025. Throughout her academic career, she held several leadership roles, including Vice President of the Finance Society and Portfolio Manager of the Cougar Fund, CSUSM’s student-run investment fund. At Georgetown, she served as an MSF Senator, Secretary of GradGov, and Vice President of Social for the Georgetown University Distressed Debt & Restructuring Association.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys staying active and exploring new places through hiking, running, water sports, and travel. She also enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with friends.
