Nick Sabino is an Associate, LIHTC for Monarch Private Capital.
Nick most recently served as a staff accountant for Sabino & Company LLC, where he managed the LIHTC syndication arm of the business involving deal modeling, administration and accounting of the credits/entities, and tax return preparation. He also advised clients on strategic financial decisions and prepared C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and Individual tax returns as well as Payroll tax returns and 1099s. Prior to this role, Nick was a controller at Clayco Realty Group, managing the administration of up to five $15M+ commercial/industrial development projects simultaneously during their construction phase.
Nick earned a BS in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
