Philip Zanone is Associate, Historic Tax Credit (HTC) in the acquisitions group at Monarch Private Capital. He is responsible for underwriting and structuring federal and state HTC investments in historic rehabilitation developments across a broad range of asset classes and markets.
Prior to joining the acquisitions team, Philip was an associate in Monarch’s asset management group where he oversaw a portfolio of federal and state HTC real estate assets. He also completed two summer internships in investor relations, contributing to capital raising and investor communication initiatives.
Philip earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
