Philip Zanone

Philip Zanone is an Associate, Asset Management at Monarch Private Capital. In his current position, Philip is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of federal and state Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). With his strong research, leadership and communication skills, he is a well-rounded asset to the team.

Before joining Monarch full-time, Philip completed two summers as an Investor Relations Intern at the company. During this time, he gained valuable insights into the client services aspect of the business. Prior to that, he worked as an Equities Research Intern at Chickasaw Capital Management, a Pipeline MLP Mutual Fund based in Memphis, TN. In this role, Philip gained experience in researching energy markets and supporting the company in making portfolio allocation decisions.

Philip recently graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics and a minor in History. While at the university, he held the position of treasurer in his fraternity and actively participated in the start-up community through his involvement in a club called Profit with Purpose.
