Associate Director, FP&A
Raimon Clay

Raimon Clay is an Associate Director for Monarch Private Capital’s financial planning and analysis group (FP&A). In this role, Raimon is responsible for the development of financial models for the firm’s tax credit portfolio, analysis of potential investments and transactions, and the preparation of various financial information. Raimon’s specialized skill set plays a significant role in the successful application of Monarch’s ESG strategies, contributing to the Company’s positive impact on communities through his effective financial literacy and extensive knowledge of Monarch’s operations.

Prior to joining Monarch, Raimon served as a financial analyst at Vertiv Corporation, where he provided analytical support to regional operation leaders, managed month, quarter and year-end deliverables, and developed interactive Power Bi dashboards displaying various KPI and DEI metrics. Raimon also worked as a financial accountant at NexTraq (Michelin Group).

Raimon earned a BS in business management from Illinois State University and was a member of the school’s track and field team.
