Sheila Garcia-Sanchez

Sheila Garcia-Sanchez is Assistant Manager, Legal Operations for Monarch Private Capital. In this role, Sheila supports the Legal Team in contract matters, entity management, and corporate processes. Her diverse background in finance operations and legal support, combined with her strong organizational skills and cross-functional leadership, make her a key contributor to Monarch’s legal initiatives and broader business goals.

Prior to joining Monarch, Sheila served as Operations Manager at Northpoint Commercial Finance for over eight years, where she led a team responsible for supplier onboarding, system repricing, data compliance, and training development. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade in the legal field, including roles as a Family Law Paralegal at Hedgpeth, Heredia & Rieder, and as a Legal Assistant at King & Yaklin, LLP, supporting litigation, discovery, and court filings.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fort Hays State University. In addition to her professional achievements, Sheila has been actively involved in the community. She volunteered with Camp Horizon, a nonprofit serving children in foster care, for several years and later served as Program Director. In her free time, Sheila enjoys being with her family, traveling, and cooking.
