Drummond/Firestone Tire Building, located in Omaha, Nebraska, was originally built in 1912 as the Drummond Motor Company Building and later occupied by Greenlease-Lied Cadillac until 1958. The property played a significant role in the commercial development of Omaha’s historic “Automobile Row” along Farnam Street. Now repurposed, it serves as a mixed-use development featuring 24 market-rate residential units, alongside commercial retail and office space. Drummond/Firestone Tire Building preserves the legacy of early automotive commerce while contributing to the continued revitalization of Omaha’s urban core. Monarch Private Capital provided the Federal and State HTC equity in Clarity Development’s 2019 project.
