Hamilton Industrial Park

Hamilton Industrial Park, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, was originally developed in the late 1960s as a textile printing facility for American Fast Print, a company that played a key role in the region’s industrial growth during the height of South Carolina’s textile economy. For decades, the site operated as a large-scale production and distribution center before being vacated and left idle for several years. Now repurposed, it serves as a modern industrial park, featuring updated warehouses, logistics infrastructure, and distribution space that support current manufacturing and warehousing needs. Hamilton Industrial Park supports the growth and well-being of the Spartanburg community, ensuring its industrial legacy continues as a vital part of the city’s future.
