Arcadia Station Lofts

Arcadia Station Lofts, located at 1875 Hayne Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina, was originally constructed in 1903 and expanded in 1909, designed by architect J.E. Sirrine. It served as part of Arcadia Mills No. 1, a key site during the rise of South Carolina’s textile industry boom. Now repurposed, it functions as a loft-style residential community, maintaining the historic brick architecture while offering modern amenities.
